Every day I coordinate all our customers’ orders, making sure the orders are labelled and marked properly, that each order has proper paperwork added securely, and that we ship how the customer requests their order be shipped. I do truly enjoy the fact that I am a part of this distribution of flavours for the food that the world consumes.

I joined the company in April 2023 as a Finance Manager at the site in Pucheng. I lead the Finance team, ensuring that every business transaction is properly recorded and that financial reports are delivered in a timely fashion. I enjoy co-working with my colleagues in a positive and energetic working atmosphere too. We are a family with an international outlook.
XiuYun Wang, Finance Manager, Pucheng, China
I test batch samples for various analytical and organoleptic testing to make sure the customer receives the highest quality product available. I wanted to find a company that coincided with my values of hard work and determination, and where there is plenty of room to grow and flourish. I love the atmosphere of the company and my coworkers. As a team, anything is possible.
Joseph Thyen, Quality Control Analyst, Cincinnati, US
I joined the company because of its innovative projects, which resonated with my professional goals. I saw great opportunities for growth. It’s a new company so we have more potential and opportunities for growth. We focus on new product research, which aligns well with my interests.

I’m a Process Operative which involves the everyday operations of the plant. A typical day would involve anything from distillations, extractions, sampling, pack downs and blending of different products that we sell. I’ve always been interested in this industry and there are endless opportunities to learn and further develop my skills and experience.
Josh Pettitt, Process Operative, Teesside, UK
My role involves every day running of the plant, which includes running and monitoring distillations, extractions, mixing and blending as well as packing and compounding. I enjoy distillation columns the most because it is the most complex. You have to apply yourself more, which I enjoy. What I’d say to someone thinking of joining Natara is: grab it with both hands – it’s an exciting time.
