He has run a number of global industrial businesses (including B2B services, multi-site manufacturing, and logistics), with a focus on identifying and implementing strategic change, and portfolio management, creating high performing senior teams and engaged workforces.

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Yoram is responsible for ​​ensuring Natara delivers high-quality products and service for its customers whilst accelerating its pace and investment towards building a world-class organisation. Originally starting his career with GE, Yoram has held senior leadership roles with a number of organisations around the world, both publicly, privately and private equity-owned, including Owens Corning, Quest/Givaudan, Provimi and Cargill. He joined Natara in 2023 from ForFarmers, an international livestock feed company, where he was CEO from 2013.

Chief Finance Officer

As Chief Financial Officer at Natara, Alex leads our global financial strategy, drawing on a wealth of experience across a diverse range of industries. He joins us from Quintessential Brands, a spirits manufacturer, and prior to that he has held senior roles with Associated British Foods, Coca-Cola, Gilead Sciences, GKN and Glaxo Wellcome. Alex qualified as an accountant with Ernst & Young and currently lives in Rutland, near Peterborough, with his family.

Jonathan leads on all our people and communications activities, with particular focus on engagement, talent and culture. He joined Natara from Treatt plc, a global flavour and fragrance business where he was Group CPO. Originally starting his career in the construction industry, Jonathan has held senior leadership roles with a number of engineering and manufacturing organisations around the world, including BAE Systems, G4S and Babcock International.

Chief Innovation Officer

At Natara, Arvind focuses on new product development, market segmentation, product management, branding, customer analysis, and strategic marketing initiatives, all of which have the ultimate goal of driving growth. Arvind joined Natara from Bedoukian, where he was Chief Sales Officer. He started his career with Givaudan in India as a Sales Manager, soon moving to the United States before progressing through the company into more senior roles, finally becoming Sales Director for Givaudan USA and Mexico.

Vice President, Commercial, Americas

As VP of Commercial, Americas, at Natara, Charles is responsible for driving our global growth agenda, bringing extensive leadership experience across sales, marketing and general management. Charlie joins us from Akar Biomarine, a global producer of krill products, where he was Senior Vice President and General Manager, Americas. Throughout his career, he has held various senior sales roles with a number of companies including Corbion, Dupont and Solae. Charlie currently lives in Kansas City, Missouri, with his family.

Vice President, Technical

As VP, Technical, at Natara, Steven oversees Operations, Supply Chain and Project Management across our global network, driving investment in facilities and infrastructure to enhance efficiency and productivity. He began his career as a scientist with Akzo Nobel before joining Oxford Chemicals in 2008 in R&D. Since then, Steven has progressed into senior Technical and Operations leadership roles, bringing deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in technical and operational excellence.

Vice President, Operations & Supply Chain

As VP, Operations & Supply Chain at Natara, Nick leads strategic initiatives that drive step-change improvements in operations and performance, ensuring world-class service for our customers. His focus spans supply chain strategy, S&OP implementation, capital investment planning, ERP upgrades, M&A activity, and ESG development. Nick brings extensive experience in consulting, operations, and transformation, having held senior roles at Modulaire, Essentra, and Booz Allen Hamilton. He has lived and worked in several countries, including the USA and China, and currently lives in the UK.

As Vice President, Strategic Accounts & Commercial, Europe at Natara, Gonny leads our commercial strategy across the region, with a focus on strengthening key customer partnerships and unlocking growth opportunities. Gonny is a strong business leader with a sales and general management background. She joined Natara from Cargill, where she was Commercial Director for Digital Solutions, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Gonny has held a number of senior roles with Cargill, including Strategic Marketing and Technology Director, Middle East and Africa, and Regional Director Sub-Saharan Africa. Today she resides in the Netherlands, but she has also lived and worked in South Africa and Russia.

Winston leads all commercial activities across Asia, driving growth in one of our most dynamic regions. Based in Singapore, he brings valuable proximity to customers and teams on the ground. A seasoned business leader with a background in sales, marketing and general management, Winston joins us from Friesland Campina, where he was Regional Director and Head of Industry Asia Pacific. He has held senior roles across Asia with companies including Japan Medical Supply, Singapore Cable and Emark Marketing, and has lived and worked in Japan, Taiwan and the USA.
